SERVICES
Network Cultivation
Building the mindsets, practices, and structures that help
networks create systemic change.

Networks bring people and organizations together around a shared purpose and create opportunities to connect, learn, and act across traditional boundaries.
We help groups develop the capacity for self-organization and collective action.
LAUNCHING
A funder or founding group wants
to bring a field together and needs
a network, not another program.
STRENGTHENING
An existing collaboration has
unclear roles, uneven participation, or no shared agreements.
TRANSITIONING
A network faces a change in funding, leadership, or scale and must decide what happens next.

● Clarifying shared purpose and strategic direction
● Facilitating convenings and collaborative planning

SELECTED PROJECTS
Engineering for One Planet Network
In partnership with the Lemelson Foundation, we helped launch and cultivate a national cross-sector network advancing sustainability in engineering education. Over five years, we supported network strategy, coordination, and leadership development. The network has grown to more than 120 participants, with member-led initiatives including a student ambassador program, an open-source teaching guide, and a speakers bureau.
Transport Decarbonisation Alliance
We helped this international coalition of countries, companies, and organizations rethink its shared purpose, governance, and approach to collaboration. Through member engagement, facilitated convenings, and advisory support, we helped members develop a more distributed network structure, clarify roles and participation agreements, and initiate new collaborations around shared priorities.
