The future
of work is
collective.

WHAT WE DO
A just and equitable future depends on our ability to work together. Relationships are our most powerful asset. Collaboration is our most effective tool.

We work with leaders, organizations, coalitions, and networks to cultivate three essential conditions for collaboration: mindset, practice, and structure. We focus on helping groups work well together and building the capacity to sustain that work over time.
A network approach requires genuine openness to new ways of thinking, leading, and defining success. This is often the hardest part. But when that openness is present—and when it's met with the right design and structural supports—it creates the conditions for solutions and impact that no single actor could achieve alone.
This framework allowed us not only to understand what the community wanted, but also why it was important to them. It has helped us create buy-in and collect valuable information to guide our future management decisions. We plan to use it each time we expand into a new community.

What impressed me so much about the design of the workshop at was the wealth of information that was gained from the participants. This model may prove to be more impactful than any other in terms of creating real change.
